Revision of the Principles for the Establishment and Application of Microbiological Criteria for Foods
Terms of Reference
The Codex Committee on Food Hygiene (CCFH) agreed at its 41st Session (November 2009) to start new work on the revision of the “Principles for the Establishment and Application of Microbiological Criteria for Foods (CAC/GL 21–1997)” in order to reflect several important elements as developed in the Principles and Guidelines for the Conduct of Microbiological Risk Management and its annex on Guidance on Microbiological Risk Management Metrics (CAC/GL 63-2007).
Guidelines on the Application of General Principles of Food Hygiene tothe Control of Viruses in Food
Terms of Reference
The 40th session of the Codex Committee on Food Hygiene (CCFH) agreed to start new work on viruses in food and this new work was approved by the 32nd Session of the Commission.
